です。

1)  To start to dislike something/someone or to stop liking something/someone.
「誰か/何かを嫌いになり始める、好きになるのをやめる」

I used to like that actor but I've gone off him recently since seeing him in the terrible movie.
「私はその俳優が好きでしたが、酷い映画の中で彼を見てから、最近彼を好きではなくなりました」

You go off them (it/him/her etc.).

'go' は、不規則動詞なので時制によって不規則に変化します。

I have gone off him recently.  （present perfect 現在完了形）

「最近、彼を好きではなくなった」

I went off him.  （present simple 過去形）

「彼を好きではない」

I am going off him.  （present continuous 現在進行形）
彼を好きではなくなっている」

eg. "I went off red wine after drinking far too much of it at a party last year"
例）「昨年のパーティーで飲み過ぎてから、赤ワインが好きではなくなりました」

2)  To spoil. To become bad or inedible/undrinkable.
「食べ物が腐る、悪くなる、食べられなくなる、飲めなくなる」

spoil  /spɔɪl/　「食べ物が腐る」という意味の他に、「子供を甘やかす」という意味もあります。
inedible  /ɪnˈedəbl/   「（味が悪い、有毒）食べられない」
undrinkable  /ʌnˈdrɪŋkəbl/   「飲用に適さない」

If you buy milk and you don't put it in the fridge, if you leave it out of the fridge, It will go off pretty quickly.
「もしミルクを買って冷蔵庫に入れない、もし冷蔵庫の外に放置していたら、すぐダメになります。

3)  Something mechanical that activates (e.g. alarm/bomb/gun/ fireworks)
「何か機械的なものが作動する（例：警報/爆弾/銃/花火）」

My alarm on my phone goes off at 9 a.m. every morning.
「毎朝携帯のアラームが午前９時になります」

例）「昨日近所の火災警報が鳴ったのが聞こえましたか？とても大きな音でした」

4.  To leave a place/situation.
「場所、状況を離れる」

I'm meeting someone in town and I say,
「私は町で誰かと会う予定です、そして言います」

"Oh, where's Suzy?"
「スージーはどこ？」
"She went off to buy a new phone. She went off somewhere."
「彼女は新しい電話を買いに出かけました。どこかに行きました」

e.g. "I came to the festival with Barry but he seems to have gone off somewhere. I'm not sure where he is."
例）「バリーとお祭りに来ましたが、彼はどこかに行ってしまいました。彼がどこにいるのか分かりません」

5)  To stop working (gas/water/electricity/lights)
「作動しなくなる（ガス、水、電気、電灯）

The gas, or the electricity, or the water might go off if you don't pay your bills.
「もし料金を支払わなければ、ガスや電気や水は止まります」

You try to turn the tap, wash your hands and you can say,
「手を洗おうと蛇口をひねって、このように言えます」
"Oh no! it's not working! The water has gone off"
「あらまあ、水が出ない、水が止まっています」

e.g. "The lights in the theatre went off and the show began."
例）「劇場のライトが消え、ショーが始まりました」

6)  (Slang) To 'go off AT someone' 「スラング（俗語）」

To shout/scream/get mad or angry at someone.
「誰かに向かって叫ぶ、悲鳴を上げる、怒る」

I was having a normal conversation with my friend yesterday and suddenly she started going off at me about something.
「昨夜友達と普通の会話をしていました。そしたら突然彼女は何かについて私に怒りました」

e.g. "I told her I didn't much like her dress and she just went off at me!"
例）「彼女のドレスがあまり好きじゃないと言ったら、彼女は私にただただ怒りました」
